UFC 219 Predictions/Thoughts

UFC 219 is just 6 days away and is the very last UFC event of a great 2017 for the company. When this card was announced we were slated to see the return of former Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz facing off against #4 Ranked BW Jimmie Rivera. Cruz was forced to pull out of that matchup due to injury and Rivera was given John Lineker as a replacement and was moved out of the main event slot. Now without a main event, UFC 219 was looking bleak. That was until the current Women's featherweight champion Cris Cyborg Justino signed a deal to fight the Woman who ended Ronda Rousey's title reign, Holly Holm. With that bout serving as the main event, Khabib Murmagomedov making his return to the octagon against Edson Barboza who is very tough, always fun to watch Cynthia Calvillo and Neil Magny vs. Returning Carlos Condit, UFC 219 should be a perfect cap to 2017.
